As you might remember, we’ve been conducting Christian leadership conferences in Armenia annually since 2012. And through them, hundreds of men and women have received Bible knowledge, encouragement, helpful Christian books, and fellowship with other believers.

Once again Cheri and I have been invited to lead a conference in Armenia — this time for Christian young adults, singles ages 20-35. Lord willing, we’ll spend three days providing concentrated training (September 26th, 27th, and 28th) for over 100 Armenians. We’ve put together an international team of nine leaders consisting of six Americans, two Armenians, and one Ukrainian (see above).

Our goals for this conference are to:  1) strengthen them in their Christian character; 2) help prepare them to build strong Christian families; and 3) encourage them to bring the Gospel to their families, neighbors, friends, and co-workers. This is an important part of our strategy to strengthen evangelical churches in Armenia.
