Fast Track Missionary Training programs would provide cross-cultural ministry training at the non-degree level in order to rapidly deploy selected believers for missionary work. These two-to-four-week courses would teach basic missiology and cultural adaptation methods.

Church and Missionary Development seminars would serve three purposes: 1) To guide volunteers in planning their missionary careers, 2) To train church leaders in developing their mission programs organizationally and financially, and 3) To connect volunteers and churches with ministry-enabling partners.
