Help equip needy pastors and students acquire a basic library set

1. Organize fund-raising activities to meet the annual budget

2. Recruit donors to sponsor library sets

(Personnel in Eastern Europe will distribute the library sets and record biodatas)

3. Mail out photos of book recipients to donors
